Wabash HS Art Room
Instructor: Christi Ziebarth
About the camp: Creative, dedicated art students who have just completed grades 7 through 12 will take a deep dive into sketching and design-oriented skill-drills aimed to propel confidence with a boost of fun. In addition to pencil sketches of familiar live mini-objects (pop cans/shoes/candy bars/popcorn), students will create mixed media projects like white charcoal portraits on black paper, stylized animals in watercolor pencils/ink, and black scratch-art in oil pastel. Daily lessons reinforce the Top #20 Artist Keys of Mental Awareness to help artists at every level self-coach towards personal sketching goals.
